WHO Can Register: Incoming Freshman and returning students attending West Ranch in the Fall of 2024.
 
 
WHEN TO REGISTER:
  • On Line: MAY 1 – to the end of the first week of whichever camp you choose
  • Anytime of the day from your computer.

Under "Product Categories" Select SUMMER ATHLETIC CAMPS Select the camps that you are interested in signing up for If you fail to sign up during the first week of camp, a $25 late fee will be applied.
 
 
FEES ARE BASED ON THE NUMBER OF DAYS THAT EACH CAMP RUNS
  • There is no requirement of enrollment in a summer athletic camp to be on a team.
  • Enrollment in a summer athletic camp does not guarantee making an athletic team.
  • Families may take summer vacations during summer athletic camp. There are no pro-rated costs.
 
 
Confirmation of Registration: You will receive a registration confirmation when you pay in person or you may print your confirmation from your on-line registration procedures. Save all confirmation numbers and receipts.
 

Refund Policy: Cancellation deadline is one week after starting date of the first camp for which you have registered. You may receive a refund within one week of the camp start date minus a $25.00 processing fee. Medical refunds require a doctor’s note. Approved refunds will be processed the first week of August 2024.

ATHLETIC CLEARANCE FORMS: All students MUST create and complete the Athletic paperwork on athleticclearance.com **Returning student-athletes need to “activate their 2024-2025” account. Physicals are good for (12) calendar months from the date of EXAMINATION.
 
 
Students CANNOT PARTICIPATE in any camp unless they have completed and UPLOADED a physical examination, digitally signed all required forms and have received a “cleared” email from Athletic Clearance on or prior to the first day of camp.
 
 
Physicals: We are partnering with Exer Urgent Care for Athletic Physicals. Exer has appointments from May 1st to August 31st. We are asking for a donation of $35.00 to the athletic trainer trust (found in the ASB Web Store). Exer will be charging $75.00 for walk-ins.
 
Once the donation has been made please send an email to our Athletic Trainer Kyle Payne ([email protected]) and he will send you a QR code for dates and times of available appointments. You will be able to select a time that works best for you and input your athletes information to speed up the process at Exer. If you have any questions please reach out to Kyle and he can help direct you through the process. 
 
 
INSURANCE – Under state law, school districts are required to ensure that all members of school athletic teams have accidental injury insurance that covers medical and hospital expenses. This insurance requirement can be met by the school district offering insurance or other health benefits that cover medical and hospital expenses. Some pupils may qualify to enroll in a no-cost or low- cost local, state, or federally sponsored health insurance program. For information, about these programs, call Medi-Cal Healthy Families at 1-800-880-5305. Student Insurance can also be purchased through Myers-Stevens, & Toohey & Co., Inc. at 1-800-827- 4695.
