Welcome Wildcats to the home page for Mrs. Priske. If you look to the right you will see links to the Culinary Art classes that I teach. 

I began teaching in 1998 at Valencia High School. In 2005 I moved to West Ranch and have loved every minute of teaching here! Before my teaching career began I worked for 10 years in the hospitality industry. I am able to bring many aspects of restaurant management, hotel management, large party catering and event planning into my classroom for a real world experience.

I grew up locally and graduated from Canyon High School, got a B.S. In Family and Consumer Sciences from The Masters University.
