Good afternoon West Ranch,
We would like to remind everyone that there will be no school this week, November 24th through November 28th. Our school offices will be closed as this is a holiday week for all employees. On behalf of the entire administration, faculty, and staff, I want to take a moment to express our deepest gratitude to all of you.
This holiday offers a vital opportunity to pause and reflect on the many blessings in our lives. Here at West Ranch, we are profoundly thankful for our committed students, dedicated staff, and supportive parents.
May your Thanksgiving be filled with relaxation, delicious food, and the joy of being surrounded by those you love. We look forward to welcoming our students back, refreshed and ready, on December 1st.

The West Ranch Wildcat Marching Band & Colorguard are the 2025 SCSBOA Championships Gold Medalists - 5A Division!  
Our incredible student musicians and performers poured their hearts into this season, and their hard work truly shined. A huge thank-you to our dedicated staff and tireless parent volunteers—your support, energy, and commitment make accomplishments like this possible.

- Open Library night for Academic Assistance and studying for Final exams. December 1st and 8th from 6pm-8pm. Additionally, academic assistance will be available in the Library on December 15th from 3pm-5pm.
- Finals Exams are December 16th, 17th, and 18th. These days are early release with school being released at 12:30pm unless your student has a 7th period class which ends at 1:45pm. There is No School on Friday 12/19.
- Upcoming Band Concerts are: Winter Jazz is 12/4, Winter Orchestra is 12/8, and Winter Band is 12/10 all at 7pm in the WR Theater
- Upcoming Choir Concert is 12/12 at 7pm in the WR Theater
- Upcoming Theatre Improv Show is 12/15 at 7pm in the WR Theater
- Winter Break is December 19th through January 11
- Spring Semester begins on Monday January 12th
