Principal’s Message: November 30, 2025
Good afternoon West Ranch,
I hope that everyone had a restful Thanksgiving Break! It's hard to believe that we only have 14 school days left in the semester. As we begin to close out the semester it's important that students talk to their teachers to find out all deadlines for missing assignments or assessments, and final projects or final exams. We encourage students to finish strong. We will have a few opportunities for students to get academic assistance before final exams. We will have open library nights on 12/1, 12/8, and one final opportunity for support on 12/15. See below for more information.

Candy Canes & Cram
Students are invited to our Candy Canes & Cram Open Library Nights. Come out to eat candy canes, drink hot chocolate, and cram for finals. Teachers will be available for help on December 1st and December 8th from 6pm-8pm. Students can RSVP by filling out the google form linked here.

Cross Country competes at CIF State Championship meet
Our boys cross country team finished their season with a 4th place finish in Division 3 at the state championship. Senior Braulio Castillo capped an amazing cross country career with a 7th place medal in a time of 15:12, the second fastest among the Foothill League runners at the state meet. Congratulations as well to senior Austin Duenas who wrapped up his cross country career finishing 5th among his teammates. This amazing group of athletes and coaches have been to the state championship the past four years (3 times as a team and once as an individual for Braulio). The future is certainly looking bright for continued success!
