Summer Athletic Program Registration Procedures

Who Can Register: Incoming Freshman and returning students who will attend West Ranch in the fall of 2010.

When To Register:

a. On-Line: MAY 1 through the end of the first week of your camp. Anytime of the day from your home computer. Click Here to Register on the WebStore.

b. Walk In: Special Walk In dates available for those who want to pay with cash or check: May 11-13 only. Submit your fees by CASH or CHECK, (Payable to West Ranch ASB) to Mrs. Whitney in the ASB Office with your REGISTRATION FORM at these times:

Tuesday May 11 3:00-6:00pm WR ASB Office
Wednesday May 12 3:00-6:00pm WR ASB Office
Thursday May 13 3:00-6:00pm WR ASB Office

MAY 13th IS THE LAST DAY FOR WALK-IN REGISTRATION
AND TO PAY WITH EITHER CASH OR CHECK!!

***THERE WILL BE NO REGISTRATION DURING SCHOOL HOURS: 7:00AM-2:40 PM***

FORMS: Complete all of the following forms and give to your coach the first day of camp:

Student CANNOT PARTICIPATE in any camp unless they have submitted all completed forms to the coach.

Confirmation of Registration:

You will receive a registration confirmation when you pay in person or you may print your confirmation from your on-line registration procedures. Save all confirmation numbers and receipts.

Refund Policy:

Cancellation deadline is one week after starting date of the first camp for which you have registered. You may receive a refund within one week of the camp start date minus a $25.00 processing fee.

  • There is no requirement of enrollment in a summer athletic camp to be on a team.
  • Enrollment in a summer athletic camp does not guarantee making an athletic team.
  • Families may take summer vacations during summer athletic camps.
  • Physical Examination required to participate in any athletic camp.

INSURANCE – Under state law, school districts are required to ensure that all members of school athletic teams have accidental injury insurance that covers medical and hospital expenses.    This insurance requirement can be met by the school district offering insurance or other health benefits that cover medical and hospital expenses.  Some pupils may qualify to enroll in no-cost or low-cost local, state, or federally sponsored health insurance program.  For information, about these programs, call Medi-Cal Healthy Families at 1-800-88-5305.  Student Insurance can also be purchased through Myers-Stevens, & Toohey &  Co., Inc. at 1-800-827-4695.
